Your consent for the forms, the performance of pre-contractual steps to handle your request, and our legitimate interest in site security.
Recipients
The relevant members of our team, our host in Luxembourg, and, only where your file requires it and with your agreement, the notary or expert involved. Your data is never sold or rented.
Retention
Requests with no follow-up are deleted at the latest three years after the last contact. Files that led to a transaction are kept in line with applicable legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. An email is enough to exercise them. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD) in Luxembourg.
